Are you a driven, well-presented and experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a part time opportunity to fit around life or family? This is your chance to join a top-performing, independent estate agency within their Oadby office.
Our client is a market-leading regional estate agent with successful existing branches operating across several Midlands counties. On offer is a part time sales negotiator role covering the following fixed hours and day each week:-
Thursday and Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm
Totalling 19 hours per week
As Sales Negotiator What’s in it for you?
* £25,000 basic salary (pro rata) a strong commission structure – £17,000 OTE

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:
* Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
* Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
* Manage client records and feedback through our system
* Market new stock across multiple media platforms
* Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
* Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For from a Sales Negotiator:
* Previous experience in sales or property is a plus
* Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills & attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality & great organisational skills
