As the school’s SENCO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SEND provision, ensuring pupils with EHCPs and additional needs receive the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally. The SENCO will work closely with teaching staff, external professionals, and families to create effective support plans and interventions. You will also lead on assessments, staff training, and the implementation of inclusive teaching strategies.
