We are seeking an experienced Senor Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of market research projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale market research projects, quantitative and qualitative, with delivery on time, on scope and within budget.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to be assertive and resolve scope-related issues effectively.
* Experience working in a client-facing role
You’ll work closely with clients, cross-functional internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment
Core Responsibilities:
* Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, owning the delivery of all day-to-day and ad hoc requests. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project
* Develop & own detailed project schedules and timelines. Monitor project milestones, resources, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track
* Maintain project documentation and file management / organization
* Identify potential risks or delays early in the project delivery schedule. Proactively address any scope creep or misalignment with client expectations.
* Identify areas for process improvement
* Drive adherence to MarketCast Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
It’ll be helpful if you have:
* 5-8 years of experience managing quantitative market research projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience with international quantitative and qualitative studies, with youth audiences.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
* PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
