Job Description
1. Support project management activities on ground‑up commercial construction projects
2. Assist with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and document control
3. Work closely with estimating and leadership during preconstruction and conceptual estimating phases
4. Participate in design‑build coordination with architects, engineers, and clients
5. Help manage projects from award through closeout, typically focused on one project at a time
6. Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting using Procore
7. Attend job meetings and coordinate with field teams to ensure schedule and quality goals are met

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
8. 2+ years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
9. Background in ground‑up commercial construction preferred
10. Exposure to design‑build delivery methods is a strong plus
11. Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
12. Basic understanding of construction estimating and cost controls
13. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
14. Ability to commute daily to the Central Massachusetts office and job sites
