As part of our journey in bringing our teams together and delivering our corporate plan, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Operations Compliance Manager to join our Property Maintenance & Technical Assurance Team on a permanent basis.
The role
As an Operations Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the quality and governance of all cyclical, responsive, and planned programmes data. Ensuring all data is recorded accurately in our systems to ensure quality and transparency.
You'll ensure that suitable reporting is in place for the continued management and governance of all compliance elements within your defined areas. Have robust methods of providing accurate asset and component data in our systems and develop new ways to report our system data.
You'll also provide technical reviews of certification and liaise with stakeholders in a proactive manner to address non-compliance, whilst supporting with any risk management requirements including mitigation.
Knowledge & Skills
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
* Significant experience working in a compliance role.
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of leading Compliance in Building Services.
* Up-to-date knowledge of regulations associated with building services such as but not limited to Electrical, Gas, Fire, Asbestos, LOLER, and Legionella regulations.
* Good understanding of work management systems (CAFM, CMMS).
* Knowledge of methods to monitor the quality of data and identify issues (e.g., reconciliations).
* Ability to validate, impact assess, and escalate data issues as required.
* Experience working to deadlines and achieving targets through own work and work driven through teams.
* Experience in utilizing Power BI Reporting.
