Role Overview
As a Project Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of our disaster repair projects. You’ll provide essential coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project managers with day-to-day project operations
* Coordinate schedules, resources, and information between teams
* Provide administrative assistance, including document management and reporting
* Assist in tracking project progress and generating analytical insights
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
Requirements
* Experience in project support or project coordination
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Experience with project management tools is a plus
