Role Overview
I am seeking an experienced Clinical Excellence Lead to oversee and develop a team of nurses. In this pivotal role, you will ensure high-quality, safe patient care while fostering professional growth and excellence within your team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and support a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care.
* Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and best practices.
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain patient safety standards.
* Conduct audits, performance reviews, and staff appraisals.
* Mentor and coach nursing staff to foster professional development.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practice.
* Report on clinical outcomes and recommend improvements to senior management.
Person Specification
* Current NMC registration with a valid PIN is essential.
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, managing nursing staff.
* Strong understanding of quality improvement and patient safety principles.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team-working skills.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence a multidisciplinary team.
* Relevant clinical qualifications and healthcare experience.
