Join a growing electrical contractor delivering high-value healthcare, commercial, residential and design & build projects. As our electrical estimator, you will take ownership of the full tendering process. You’ll produce accurate, commercially competitive estimates and play a key role in winning high-quality projects. - Identifying growth opportunities and generating new tender enquiries. - Own electrical tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission, including full technical and commercial packages. - Produce detailed take-offs, first principles estimates, and competitive bids for projects valued up to £1.5m. - Price healthcare refurbishments in live environments (phased works, compliance-led). - Manage the full tender lifecycle – clarifications, post-tender interviews, and smooth handover to project delivery teams. - Identify and price public sector procurement opportunities, capturing all M&E, prelims, and contractual risks. - Review and negotiate supplier & subcontractor quotations to secure best commercial outcomes. - Capture all M&E, prelims and contractual risks; identify value‑engineering opportunities. - Identify value engineering opportunities and maintain an accurate cost database.
