We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of Health and Social Care programmes. You will play a key role in supporting student success, contributing to curriculum development, and maintaining strong links with industry.
Actual Salary: £19,675.83 - £24,904.87
Working Pattern: Monday and Wednesday : 8:30am to 5:00pm & Friday : 8:30 to 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Health and Social Care programmes.
* Act as a Programme Tutor, supporting student progress, retention and achievement.
* Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
* Monitor and manage student behaviour, attendance and engagement.
* Contribute to curriculum planning, quality assurance and course development.
Essential Criteria
* A relevant vocational qualification in Health and Social Care.
* Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Experience or knowledge of working in a Health and Social Care setting.
* Ability to create an inclusive, engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
