Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Handle vehicle warranty registrations, claims, and associated administration
Monitor and respond to online reviews to uphold company reputation
Coordinate vehicle collections, deliveries, and driver scheduling to optimise logistics
Oversee fleet maintenance scheduling, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems consistently
Support FCA and Consumer Duty compliance administration
Produce regular reports on customer satisfaction, operational activities, and fleet performance
Liaise with management to improve service processes and operational efficiencyRequirements Of A Fleet Co-ordinator:
Previous experience within automotive customer service, aftersales, operations, or fleet coordination is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
IT literacy with proficiency in CRM and fleet management systems
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
