Senior Business Development Manager – Tech Consultancy (Hybrid)
One day a week Leeds – £175,000 OTE

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the GTM function, shaping strategy, and driving new business across enterprise customers. You’ll own the full sales cycle from targeted outreach to proposal development and closing six-figure deals.
This isn’t a generic “BDM” role, it’s a chance to be strategic, influential, and central to the company’s growth trajectory.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading new business generation within the software development and technology consulting space.
* Leveraging your network of CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs to open doors and shape conversations.
* Identifying and creating new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
* Developing and executing targeted campaigns with Marketing to nurture leads into qualified opportunities.
* Navigating complex customer environments and coordinating internal teams to win deals.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business challenges into technical solutions.
* Leading bid management, proposal development, and contracting.
* Representing the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
* Reporting on pipeline, performance, and market insights to shape BD strategy.
