KeyResponsibilities
* Handle enquiries and bookings formeetings, events, and accommodation.
* Manage administrative tasks, timesensitive targets and follow-ups efficiently.
* Understand client needs, recommendsuitable solutions, communicate and work closely with Operations team todelivery and exceed customer expectations.
* Identify upselling opportunitiesto maximise revenue.
* Work towards sales targets andsupport smooth team operations.

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Hexham. Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments. The dining options include Hadrian’s Brasserie restaurant, Tommy Craig’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant and a Whisky snug, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
