At the University of Lincoln, our outreach work matters — not just to recruit students, but to open doors, build confidence and show young people what’s possible when ambition meets opportunity. We’re now looking for a Schools and Colleges Outreach Liaison to join our Marketing and Communications team and play a hands‑on role in delivering that mission. This is a role for someone who loves being out in the world — visiting schools and colleges, working with young people, and bringing the University to life through engaging conversations, activities and events. From campus visits and taster days to careers fairs and regional events, you’ll be right at the heart of how prospective students experience Lincoln.
Brief
Help plan, coordinate and deliver high‑quality outreach that inspires students, supports progression to higher education, and strengthens Lincoln’s reputation. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the University, alongside student ambassadors, teachers and advisers, to create welcoming, professional and memorable experiences.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver outreach and recruitment events in schools, colleges and on campus
* Represent Lincoln at fairs and external events with energy and confidence
* Build positive relationships with teachers, advisers and partners
* Support student ambassadors and academic colleagues in delivery
* Coordinate bookings, communications and event logistics
* Track activity and feedback to help improve future outreach
