Job Description We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team! In this key role, you’ll be a strategic business partner to the Europe & LATAM Sales team, helping drive revenue growth and optimize booking value. Key Responsibilities: Providing finance and commercial input and support to the Regional Leadership Team Support Sales team in Deal structuring ensuring to maximize and optimize Revenue Recognition, Bookings, Total Contract Value (TCV), and Annual Recurring Revenues Ensuring accurate Revenue Recognition according to IFRS15 and IFS policies Advise on financial implications of management and commercial decisions Support the Sales team in closing deals Collaborate with Business Operations and FP&A teams forecasting Bookings Ensure commercial and financial compliance in line with policies Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including, the finance team, auditors, budget holders, and customers. Support Ad hoc financial projects as and when required Must be able to work with all areas of the business and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
