We are a leading finance broker, working with clients for their equipment and consumer finance needs. We have been in business for nearly 20 years and as a result of strong demand and exciting propositions in the pipeline, we are investing in the growth of our Consumer Finance team.
We are looking for a driven, high energy and results-oriented salesperson to join our organisation. You'll be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM updates, with some inbound lead handling.
As we are 100% office-based, this position is perfect for someone within easily commutable distance from Weybridge.
We do not offer sponsorship into the UK as part of this role.
About the Role
As a
new business sales representative
, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth. You'll work closely with the wider sales and admin teams to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and convert leads into long-term clients and ensuring their ongoing success and adoption of consumer finance to grow their business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct outbound sales outreach
* Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients
* Update and manage CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
* Review client performance and liaise with them to ensure their success
* Represent the organisation at events
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in finance, fintech, medical or B2B environments
* Proactive, persistent, and self-motivated
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with outbound calling and digital outreach
* Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Within commutable distance of Weybridge due office-based nature of the role
