Responsibilities
* Supporting portfolio governance, assurance and financial management activities across a range of business change initiatives.
* Producing accurate reporting, insights and portfolio metrics to support decision making by senior stakeholders.
* Coordinating governance forums, maintaining actions and ensuring effective follow up of key decisions and outcomes.
* Managing portfolio data, purchase order processes and financial tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Supporting the adoption and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and ways of working, including Jira and Confluence.
* Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and business stakeholders to drive consistency, control and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a PMO Analyst, PMO Coordinator or similar portfolio support role.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across different levels of the organisation.
* Good understanding of project delivery governance and PMO processes, with exposure to programme or portfolio environments.
* Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, alongside an understanding of Power BI reporting.
* A proactive and organised approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion.
* Knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience using Jira or similar project management tools would be advantageous.
