We are now recruiting a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team based at Knowlhill, Milton Keynes to help us maintain our high standards and to be part of our continuing success story.
Responsibilities
* Process inbound sales calls and emails.
* Call customers with sales offers and new product information.
* Offer technical advice on all products.
* Liaise with Brand and Sales teams to ensure customers are fully supported.
Qualifications
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
* Working knowledge of road and MTB bikes.
* Good technical knowledge of Shimano products preferred.
* Team player with proven track record of achieving goals and managing workload.
* Experience in cycle industry a plus.
