Senior Controls Engineer – Coventry
Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Understanding and interpreting customer specifications
* Creating new designs and concepts to meet bespoke specifications
* Using C++ Windows software in design
* PLC design using Siemens TIA portal
* Electrical system and layout design using Eplan
* Working from technical documentation to create and build electrical units and testing PC systems
Additional Duties:
* Supporting technicians in assembly and testing
* Occasionally wiring electrical cabinets
Key Skills:
* Experience with Eplan or other design packages
* C++ or other coding languages
* PLC programming with Siemens TIA portal or other software
* Hands-on cable wiring and electrical wiring experience (beneficial)
* Fault-finding on electrical systems
* Experience working with customer specifications and liaising with suppliers
