JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Sales Coordinator for our Bracknell, UK office.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and raise customer quotations during key selling periods
* Manage and oversee customer set-up forms, including product data, images and copy, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Coordinate sample management: ordering, administration, checking on arrival, packing and dispatch of customer sample requests
* Proactively liaise with customers to resolve queries, request missing information and support sales activity
* Maintain, update and analyse sales and customer records to support the sales team
* Liaise closely with Marketing to ensure accurate and timely data transfer across internal platforms
* Support sales meetings, presentations and product launches as required
* Assist the sales team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives that support revenue growth
Skills & Experience required:
* Previous Sales Administration or Sales Support experience is required within consumer goods.
* Confident working with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in a fast-paced and customer-facing role
* Demonstrated interest in sales and developing a career in a commercial environment
Our Benefits:
* Compensation: JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary. Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from £28,000- £32,000 annually.
