Due to the award of a substantial new build RC frame project in Hackney, they are looking to appoint a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the scheme on site. The Project A large-scale new build development featuring a substantial reinforced concrete frame, delivering high-quality residential units with associated infrastructure and external works. This is a flagship project requiring strong commercial leadership from day one. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take full responsibility for the commercial performance of the project from procurement through to final account.
