Overview
We are ideally looking for someone with strong communication skills from a call centre type environment to join our team. The role involves customer care calls, administration, clinic scheduling and ensuring all administration and clinic scheduling is completed efficiently, with a constant focus on putting customers first. You will update customer files and liaise with external parties, so confidence when dealing with people is essential. The job is based in our Cobham office and requires the candidate to be able to drive to the location.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer care calls and provide excellent customer service.
* Perform administration and scheduling for clinics, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
* Update customer files and maintain detailed records.
* Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to support service delivery.
Qualifications
* Previous administration, appointment setting or scheduling experience required.
* Call centre, office experience and customer service skills desired.
Benefits
* £25,000 – £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday working week, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Commute
