Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience at senior support or infrastructure level Strong Microsoft stack experience, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Azure experience is beneficial Strong networking experience, including switch configuration, firewall configuration, and managing and troubleshooting LAN and Wi-Fi environments Experience with virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V and/or VMware Demonstrable involvement in projects, migrations, and infrastructure delivery Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, supporting both advanced issues and day-to-day support when needed Must be a UK citizen Must be able to pass DBS and SC clearance Must be willing to work 5 days per week on-site in Norwich Responsibilities: Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, server, and network issues Deliver infrastructure and network projects, including site rollouts, migrations, and upgrades Configure and manage network equipment, including switches, firewalls, and wireless environments Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualised environments Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure services Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent technical solutions Support multi-site infrastructure improvements and standardisation Assist the service desk team with incidents during high workload periods and provide hands-on support where required Technologies: Active Directory Azure Firewall Hyper-V Support LAN Microsoft 365 Network VMware Windows Office 365 Cloud DevOps NAT Security More: We are partnering with a highly innovative organisation during an exciting period of growth.
