The role of the Registered Manager encompasses overall operational responsibility for the service(s), ensuring smooth operations, effective staff management, and delivery of high-quality care. You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services, supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery: Monitor and support person-centered services, ensure health and safety, and maintain regulatory compliance.
2. Staff Supervision: Support recruitment, coaching, and performance management of staff.
3. Financial Administration: Manage budgets and staff deployment.
4. IT and Quality Management: Utilize IT systems for staff management, incident reporting, quality assurance, and training.
5. External Collaboration: Work with external agencies to promote the service and increase referrals.
6. Staff Development: Enhance staff skills through training and continuous improvement of your own knowledge.
