Offer description

Overall Objective: To successfully produce, monitor and update planning schedules, for a large number of reactive and planned sewer inspections, remediation and scoping activities being undertaken concurrently. Key Accountabilities: Handle information from multiple sources in order to efficiently manage works schedule Proactively liaise with operational teams across the framework to obtain progress information Reporting on completions and outstanding works Liaising with the Streetworks Co-Ordinator to gain an understanding of what is required to plan works Logging traffic management and customer requirements with the appropriate team Updating Esh and client corporate IT systems, for example uploading CCTV footage, CC&B and Maximo. Assisting the wider team when required, to support absences or incidents. Liaising with the Esh Customer team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. Ability to update customers on entry dates and managing expectations. Build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Key Measurements: Accuracy of information Achieve deadlines Proactive approach with ownership ​ Experience and Qualifications: Drainage background – essential IT skills – essential Previous scheduling experience A willingness to learn and think logically – essential Ability to work in a fast and accurate manner to achieve deadlines – essential Ability to use MS Office packages Personal Skills: Excellent time management skills Good planning and organisational skills Be able to multi task to manage multiple project planning Good analytical / logic skills Thorough with an attention to detail Able to work on own initiative when required Good communication skills Professional behaviour at all times ​
