Overall Objective: To successfully produce, monitor and update planning schedules, for a large number of reactive and planned sewer inspections, remediation and scoping activities being undertaken concurrently. Key Accountabilities: Handle information from multiple sources in order to efficiently manage works schedule Proactively liaise with operational teams across the framework to obtain progress information Reporting on completions and outstanding works Liaising with the Streetworks Co-Ordinator to gain an understanding of what is required to plan works Logging traffic management and customer requirements with the appropriate team Updating Esh and client corporate IT systems, for example uploading CCTV footage, CC&B and Maximo. Assisting the wider team when required, to support absences or incidents. Liaising with the Esh Customer team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. Ability to update customers on entry dates and managing expectations. Build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
