Natural Spa Factory is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive and scale our multi-channel marketing efforts—across both digital and offline. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who can think strategically and execute quickly.
You’ll lead performance-driven campaigns, shape brand storytelling, and experiment across channels—from paid social to spa activations. You’ll also oversee a graduate-level content creator and email scheduler to support execution.
You are creative but you will be able to plan, execute, and optimise growth campaigns across digital (social, email, paid, organic) and offline (spa, retail, B2B) channels
to speed up ideation, copy, and creative development
Own testing, analysis, and scaling of marketing experiments
Manage and mentor a graduate content creator to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output
Develop offline strategies: in-spa activations, seasonal promo kits, brand materials
3+ years in growth or marketing roles (DTC, beauty, wellness a plus)
Experience across performance and brand marketing
Creative thinker with a builder’s mindset
Bonus: B2B marketing or partner campaign experience
