As a Senior Product Associate within the Collaboration andmunication Product Line, you will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development and platform engineering lifecycle, working in agile product teams, and partnering with stakeholders to stay focused onmon goals aligned to our employees and customers. The sky is the limit: We expect you to push product boundaries and explore areas including serverlessputing, mobile, and big data technologies to achieve our goals. We are seeking a Product Associate to play a central role in managing and advancing three critical product areas within our Email Product Team. This position will oversee the mail relay infrastructure (SMTP), including the associated registration processes that enable more than 1,500 applications to reliably send millions of emails each day. The role also involves product ownership of our secure file sharing solution, which underpins multi-million-dollar transactions and supports the organization's need for robust,pliant content delivery. Additionally, you will drive the integration of applications with the Microsoft 365 (M365) stack, empowering application teams to leverage M365 APIs for automating essential business processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape products that are foundational to ourmunication, collaboration, and secure information exchange across the enterprise.

With teams based in Jersey City and the United Kingdom (London, Bournemouth), this role will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy and execution. We are an agile, multi-functional team that thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job responsibilities :
1. Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and deliver value.
2. Prioritizes the product backlog &, maintain a vision for the product
3. Helps with overall product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks.
4. Measure product KPIs and success measures by understanding the target oues and tracking our progress against targets.
5. Working collaboratively with Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work
6. Advocating for, and deeply understanding, the needs of the product's customers
7. Works closely with users and key stakeholders to drive adoption and transform business workflows
8. Conducts market research and tracks industry developments understands implications to product vision and strategy
9. Defines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability
10. Oversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product
11. Lead by example, exhibiting robust risk measures while advocating for adherence throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
12. Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
13. Experience in Technology product management role within enterprise environment.
14. Familiarity withmon technical concepts, architectures, and cloud-based principles is critical, but hands on development experience is not essential.
15. Experience in a product management construct with an emphasis on data mapping and migrations
16. Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
17. Understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations
18. Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
19. An understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
20. Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
21. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
22. Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
