NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Person specification
Knowledge and Experience
* Educated to degree level with MPharm or equivalent, ideally with post graduate development pathway and GPHC registration.
* Extensive experience in medicines management within secure environments, with a strong track record of implementing clinical pharmacy best practices to enhance patient safety and therapeutic outcomes in secure settings.
* Knowledge of medicines management governance requirements within Health in Justice or Secured Environments.
* Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification
