THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our sales teams in Christchurch. As a motivated Sales professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online and face to face.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
* Utilise your selling skills to provide solutions to customers
* Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
* Commitment to continual growth, learning and training
* Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
* A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
* Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales to meet customer’s needs
* Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
* An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
