* Hours: Bank (flexible shifts)
* Shifts: 8am-8pm

As a Bank Care Assistant on Days, you will:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents during daytime hours
* Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
* Encourage independence and dignity in all aspects of care
* Work collaboratively with the wider care team
* Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
* A kind, empathetic, and patient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work bank shifts as needed
* A genuine passion for supporting older people
