Forklift experience required for this role!
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with forklift experience to join a warehouse team in Luton.
Key Responsibilities
· Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries
* Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
* Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock takes
* Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised and compliant with health & safety standards
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
* Working closely with colleagues to meet daily operational targets
Requirements
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Practical forklift operating experience
* Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
