Social Housing Maintenance

Pay Rate: £20.25 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a well-established Social Housing Maintenance company covering St Helens and Warrington. This is a long-term opportunity with a temp-to-perm offer for the right candidate.
The Role:
Full installation of bathrooms including baths, toilets, basins, sinks, and associated plumbing works
Wall and floor tiling as part of bathroom installations
Working on void and tenanted social housing properties
Carrying out work to a high standard while adhering to health & safety requirements
Using a PDA system to manage jobs and updates
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter / Plumber
Must be competent in wall and floor tiling
Previous experience in social housing or a similar environment is essential
Competent using PDA / handheld systems
Clean shaven (required for face-fit / mask compliance)
Full UK driving licence with no more than 5 points
