Van Technician Supervisor
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on an alternating shift pattern of 7:00am to 4:30pm and 8.30am to 6.00pm with alternate Saturday mornings
We are recruiting for an experienced hands on Van Technician Supervisor based in Tipton. Applicants must demonstrate proven experience with light commercial vehicles (LCVs), strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Van Technician Supervisor Responsibilities
Oversee the activities of shift technicians and ensure efficient allocation of tasks.
Work closely with the Van Centre Manager to address staffing, training requirements, and performance metrics.
Take part in the call-out and roadside assistance rota when required.
Van Technician Supervisor Requirements
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Electrical and Mechanical skills and experience
Good understanding of Health and Safety in a workshop environment
Clean Driving Licence HGV would be an advantage
