About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee lessons using pre-prepared materials while ensuring positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom. Responsibilities: • Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lesson materials. • Maintain positive classroom behaviour and learning focus. • Support students with tasks and classroom activities. • Ensure school policies and procedures are followed. • Provide feedback to teachers regarding lesson progress. Qualifications: • Experience working with young people preferred. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • Confident and professional approach to supervising lessons. • Ability to adapt to different subjects and classrooms.
