Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Communication
* Define and deliver a compelling brand strategy that builds heritage while creating contemporary relevance.
* Translate the deep expertise of our in-house specialists into accessible, engaging narratives that inspire confidence in both seasoned collectors and newcomers.
* Position the brand globally as the destination for trusted expertise and premium collectibles.
Customer Growth & Engagement
* Design and implement strategies to re-engage lapsed customers and nurture lasting loyalty.
* Develop marketing approaches that broaden the appeal of collecting, making it more accessible and relevant to younger, digital-native audiences.
* Use data and insight to segment audiences, improve targeting, and personalise customer experiences across all channels.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
* Lead the redevelopment of digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and inspiring online journey from discovery to purchase.
* Build digital marketing capability across channels including content, SEO/SEM, social, and CRM.
* Embed modern marketing tools, analytics, and technologies to measure ROI and drive efficiency.
* Ensure that investment in new platforms and initiatives is underpinned by compelling, evidence-based business cases.
Leadership & Collaboration
* Work closely with internal experts — some with decades of knowledge — to translate their insight into clear, market-facing strategies.
* Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, combining creativity with commercial rigour.
* Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to ensure marketing and business strategy are fully aligned.
* Provide clear reporting to the Board on marketing performance, customer growth, and brand health.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished marketing leader with at least
15 years' experience
and the rare ability to balance prestige brand stewardship with modern commercial innovation.
