Contract: Full-time | Summer Term with potential extension
Pay: £95-£110 per day

About the Role
A well-organised and inclusive primary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from 27th April for the Summer Term.
The role will involve supporting pupils in Year 2 who require additional help to remain engaged in lessons and keep up with the KS1 curriculum. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work both within the classroom and in small intervention groups, supporting phonics, early writing and numeracy.
The school places strong emphasis on structured routines and positive reinforcement to help pupils build confidence and independence in their learning.

The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
Has experience supporting children in a primary school setting
Is confident assisting with phonics and early literacy
Can deliver small group support sessions effectively
Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is reliable, patient and proactive
Experience supporting pupils with mild SEN or learning gaps would be advantageous.
