Main Responsibilities:
As an Operational Trainer in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:
* Operational training of Machine Minders in our Portions sealing room.
* Training admin to support operational training.
* Ensuring adherence to strict health, safetyand hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
* Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required
Ideal Candidate:
As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:
* An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectivelyacross your team, between departments and at all levels of management
* Quality awareness
* Train the Trainer
* Health and Safety understanding
* The ability to motivate others and be patient
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment
* An adaptable approach
Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
