We’re looking for an organised and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Igloo in Long Bennington. You’ll play an important role in supporting our consultants with day-to-day admin at a busy automotive site, helping keep our recruitment process running smoothly.
The Role:
1. Supporting recruitment consultants with administration tasks.
2. Chasing and obtaining candidate references ahead of start dates.
3. Keeping consultants and your manager updated on daily progress.
4. Full on-the-job training provided.
The Person:
5. Previous administration experience in a recruitment company is preferred but not essential.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Good attention to detail.
8. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
9. Positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
10. Capable of working independently when required.
