Vacancy Title: Product Technical Trainer/Coordinator

Your Role: Responsible for delivering technical training on pilot flight and survival equipment, supporting post-design services and engineering teams, and developing training programs.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver technical training programs.
2. Develop and update training materials.
3. Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
4. Assess and improve training effectiveness.
5. Support trainees in developing practical skills.
6. Manage training resources and collaborate on updating customer manuals.
7. Support post-design and engineering teams in technical tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Pilot Flight Equipment/Survival Equipment Technical Trainer or maintainer with recognized instructor qualification.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proven experience in training delivery (3+ years), engineering expertise (3-6 years), and managerial experience (1-3 years).
* Full UK driving license and passport; willingness to travel globally.
* Patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to keep up with industry trends.
