What the role looks like:
You’ll lead on social media strategy and execution across a small portfolio of brands, working closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, creative, and senior leadership teams.
With freedom to develop new approaches and test fresh ideas, you’ll be key to shaping the voice and engagement strategy of the business across various social platforms.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a social media strategy aligned with wider business goals
* Manage and schedule content calendars across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
* Curate, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored to each brand
* Align closely with senior leadership and sales teams to support commercial objectives
* Use data and analytics to optimise activity and report on performance
* Monitor relevant industry conversations and engage where appropriate
* Encourage internal brand advocacy and employee amplification
About you:
* 2+ years’ experience in a dedicated social media and content creator role (even better if you have 3-5 years)
* Strong understanding of B2B social strategy and audience engagement
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, including multimedia assets
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Data-driven, with a proactive and creative mindset
* Organised with strong time and project management skills
Even better if you have experience in:
* LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools
* Video editing
* 3D asset creation (e.g. Blender or similar software)
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ipswich, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Ipswich or within a commutable distance of locations such as Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Stowmarket, Hadleigh, Manningtree, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Needham Market, Diss, Eye, Saxmundham, Aldeburgh, Harwich, Clacton-on-Sea, Chelmsford, Witham, or other well-connected towns across Suffolk and Essex.
