Salary £28,000 plus Performance Bonus, Private Healthcare, contribution to Gym Membership, and free parking. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm.
This position focuses on delivering exceptional support and maximizing sales growth. You’ll be the crucial first point of contact, managing a high volume of daily enquiries and orders, handling the full process from initial contact to completion. This role is a dynamic mix of proactive sales support and detailed order administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with customers to upsell, identify needs for new products, and create attractive promotions.
* Manage and process all telephone, email, and online orders, including arranging returns and credits.
* Assist the Sales Team with sales quotations and actively help in closing opportunities.
* Perform regular gap analysis on customer accounts to identify reduced spending and create strategies to boost repeat sales.
* Act as a product expert, providing accurate information and solutions on products, services, and policies.
* Efficiently manage and prioritise a diverse workload, including fielding enquiries, complaints, and providing detailed information.
* Update CRM/ERP systems and report customer feedback to ensure best practices are maintained.
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail (essential for processing hundreds of orders weekly).
* Excellent communication skills, confident on the phone and professional in writing.
* IT literate and comfortable using Word, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems.
* Commercially aware, proactive, and confident in handling complex client interactions
