* Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
* £14.52 per hour + AFC Weekend Enhancements
* Location: EH5 2HF, Edinburgh, Scotland

What You’ll Do
* Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
* Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
* Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulations.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
What You Bring
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience as a chef.
* Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Clear, respectful communication and strong team spirit.
