Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 2C £8,222 + £5,000 One‑Off Recruitment Incentive (for the right candidate), paid over 12 months + benefits.

We are looking for:
* An experienced ‘A level’ teacher to work alongside the Head of Science to improve teaching and learning provision in Chemistry
* A qualified and enthusiastic team player with a passion for the subject and an ability to bring it to life in the classroom
* A teacher committed to delivering active, engaging learning that enthuses young people and motivates them to succeed
* An experienced teacher to provide leadership and direction for Chemistry, ensuring the department is managed and organised to meet its aims and objectives
* A teacher who can set targets that stretch and challenge students of all backgrounds, abilities, and dispositions
* A teacher with a continued commitment to their own professional development
The successful applicant will receive support through a full Level 1 TEEP (Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme) training course for three days.
