What You’ll be Doing As an Administrator
The main goal of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the branch.
You will:
* Take calls from engineers and customers relating to enquiries
* Order parts for engineers
* Call customers to book engineer visits
* Update the JD Edwards system with any amendments required
* Support the Operations Manager with any administration requests, such as, placing subcontractor orders
* Manage maintenance contracts ensuring new contracts are processed through to JD Edwards for invoicing, and maintenance engineers are booked
* Deal with customer disputes and contract terminations
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Fully office based
Qualifications
What We Would Like You To Bring
* You’ll have previous administrative / customer service experience ideally from a service / engineering background
* Ideally some experience dealing with customer disputes
* You’ll have Solid IT literacy skills - we use multiple systems, both inhouse portals and Microsoft systems
* You‘ll be a natural communicator with an ability to build rapport with your colleagues
* You’ll be proactive with the ability to prioritise workloads & multitask effectively
* You’ll be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
