Reward & HR Operations Specialist

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Reward & HR Operations Specialist into a high-performing HR team.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you'll support senior stakeholders and operate at the centre of reward, governance and HR operations, ensuring critical processes run smoothly and accurately.
The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering structured, high-quality support across a range of business-critical activities, including:
* Preparing and coordinating senior offer documentation, including complex reward structures
* Supporting payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with reward frameworks
* Managing sensitive executive exit processes
* Supporting senior committee activity (e.g. RemCo), including papers and approvals
* Producing accurate reporting and maintaining data integrity
* Managing governance, approvals and process tracking end-to-end
About You
* Background in Reward, Payroll or HR Operations
* Strong attention to detail with a highly organised approach
* Experience producing high-quality documentation for senior stakeholders
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
