Role purpose
The Governors of St Sebastian’s RC Primary School are seeking to recruit a dedicated admin assistant to join our welcoming school. This role is to support the school’s strategy to raise and maintain good pupil attendance. We are looking for candidates that will:
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support to the School Business Manager
* Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of student attendance records
* Have excellent communication skills and provide a front line customer-focused service for the school
* Maintain records, produce reports and send emails and letters regarding attendance
* Work with the headteacher and EWO to raise attendance
* Provide support and challenge to parents to raise and maintain good pupil attendance
