DUTIES:
1. Assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the transport department.
2. Input and maintain data accurately using various software

4. Handle phone communications professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
5. Organise transport schedules and assist with the coordination of deliveries and pickups.

7. Maintain a tidy office environment conducive to productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
9. Proficiency in computerised systems
10. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients.
11. Previous experience in an office or clerical role is desirable.
