For a well-established and growing distributor of industrial components near Halifax, we are recruiting a site based General Manager. Main responsibilities: * Working closely with a small-knit team and reporting into the Group Managing Director, the General Manager will provide leadership to the branch team, having overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the branch in West Yorkshire. * Capitalising on current investment in new systems and marketing material, the General Manager will put structures in place to ensure smooth reporting and optimum performance of the business operations and sales. * Build and develop solid relationships with customers and suppliers alike, understanding their needs and always delivering the best experience possible. * A natural leader, they will thrive on leading, coaching and developing the team.
