Location:NN14, Kettering
Pay Rate:£12.21/hour (basic) after training/assesment MHE/Bendi £12.50
PM Shift -Unsocial Hours (20:00-22:00): £15.51/hour
Overtime Pay: Saturday - £15.53/hour | Sunday - £18.73/hour

Monday to Friday
* AM: 06:00 14:00
* PM: 14:00 22:00
Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seekingBendi/Flexior Reach drivers to join our team for an immediate start.
As part of the team, you will:
* Operate Bendi/Flexi or Reach forklifts (must have relevant licenses & experience, can be license expired).
* Perform manual handling tasks such as stacking, wrapping, order picking, labeling, and loading/unloading.
* Restack garden items on different pallets as part of the Lawn and Garden peak workload.
* Ensure safe and efficient operations while meeting daily productivity targets.
Requirements:
1. Must have valid certificates or licenses (accredited) for Bendi/Flexi forklifts.
2. Willingness to engage in manual handling and heavy lifting; this role isnot solely forklift operation.
3. Flexibility to adapt to physically demanding tasks.
