From house/garden/garage clearances and bulky waste collections to commercial property services, we pride ourselves on efficiency & customer care.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused Waste Removal Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting and disposing of waste safely and responsibly between driving from job to job whilst applying our companies high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out waste removals, property clearances, and bulky waste collections.
* Load/unload vehicles with waste materials safely and efficiently.
* Drive company vehicles and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
* Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients on-site.
* Follow recycling, disposal, and environmental compliance procedures.
Requirements
* Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
* Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
* Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a professional approach.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Previous experience in waste removal or similar roles is an advantage but not required as full training will be provided.
