Location: Field Based with adhoc travel to burgess hill - 1 x South East (London/Essex/Kent)
Duration: 12-month initial contract
Rate: £185.00 PAYE basic excluding holiday pay
We’re working with a global healthcare leader recognised for its commitment to medical innovation and improving patient outcomes across the NHS. They are expanding their UK team and seeking a Nurse Educator to support healthcare professionals and patients across London, Essex and Kent with a market‑leading Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system.
The Role
As a Nurse Educator, you will deliver high‑quality training, provide clinical expertise, and support patients and clinicians in adopting CGM technology confidently and effectively. This role is ideal for someone with strong diabetes experience who enjoys educating, engaging with clinical teams, and making a real difference to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training to healthcare professionals and patients (group, 1:1, virtual).
* Provide empathetic, tailored support for patients starting CGM technology.
* Offer expert clinical and technical guidance on CGM use and troubleshooting.
* Build strong, trusted relationships across primary and secondary care.
* Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records; gather feedback to improve training.
About You
* Registered Nurse (current or previous) with Diabetes Specialist Nurse experience (essential).
* Confident educator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of diabetes management and NHS structures.
* Tech‑savvy, organised, and able to simplify complex concepts.
* Self‑motivated with the ability to travel regularly across the region.
Additional Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to travel across London, Essex & Kent (occasional overnights).
* Occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
